Refund and cancellation policy

How paid plans renew, how to cancel, and when you get your money back. Short, because it should be.
Who takes your payment
Payments in US dollars are taken by EVA Digital Inc.. Payments in Indian rupees (by UPI, net banking or an Indian card) are collected by Habilesoft India Private Limited (CIN U72200RJ2014PTC045748), which sells Pluma in India and issues the invoice for those payments.
How plans renew
Pluma Personal and Pluma Organization are paid monthly or yearly, in advance. A plan renews by itself at the end of each month or year until you cancel it, and the amount is charged the way you first paid (card, or a UPI or bank mandate in India).
Before you pay, the Subscription page shows exactly what will be charged and in which currency.
Canceling
You can cancel at any time on the Subscription page in your dashboard, with one click and no charge. If you pay by UPI, you can also stop the mandate from your UPI app.
Either way, nothing more is charged, and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your account moves to the free Preview plan. Your website and its history stay in your account, so you can pick up where you left off.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: a month that has started isn't refunded, except as set out below.
- Yearly plans: cancel within 14 days of paying for a year and we refund it in full. After that, your plan runs to the end of the year you've paid for.
- If we fall short: if Pluma isn't available to you for a significant part of a period you've paid for, through our fault, we refund the unused part of what you paid. If we end your plan for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the unused part of it.
- Charged by mistake (twice, or after you canceled): we refund it in full.
To ask for a refund, email hello@pluma.website from the address on your account. Approved refunds go back to the way you paid, within 7 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Nothing here takes away a refund the law gives you, or a chargeback right your bank or card gives you.
Changes to prices
We tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you. You can cancel before it applies. Someone who subscribed at an early price keeps it for as long as they stay subscribed.
