Terms of Service
These are the terms for using this website and for asking to join early access. They're short because there isn't much to agree to yet.
Who we are and what these terms cover
Pluma is a product of Habilesoft India Private Limited ("we", "us"), a company in India. These terms cover this website and the early-access programme. The Pluma service itself — building and looking after a website for you — will be covered by a separate agreement, which we'll show you before you sign up for it. Nothing here commits you to that.
Early access
- Asking for early access is not a contract and doesn't guarantee a place. We're opening to a small number of sites and will choose as fairly as we can.
- You need to be at least eighteen, or asking on behalf of an organisation that has allowed you to.
- There are no fees at this stage. If a fee is ever involved, we'll tell you clearly and ask before charging anything.
- We may change, pause, or end the early-access programme. If we do, we'll say so.
Using this website
You're welcome to read it and share it. Please don't:
- break the law while using it — including India's Information Technology Act, 2000;
- try to break it, overload it, or get around anything that protects it;
- copy it wholesale with automated tools;
- put false information or someone else's email address into the form.
Our name and our work
The name Pluma, the writing on this site, and its design belong to us or to the people who let us use them. Quoting a line to talk about us is fine. Copying the site's design or words for your own product is not.
No promises (yet)
This website describes what Pluma does and what we intend it to do. Details may change as we build. The website is provided as it is, and we don't make guarantees about it being available or error-free at all times. When the Pluma service opens, its own agreement will set out exactly what we do promise.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on this website. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law says you always have, or excludes responsibility the law says can't be excluded.
Other people's services
The lettering on this site comes from Google Fonts, under Google's terms. We don't control Google's services and aren't responsible for them.
Your information
How we handle your email address is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Keep using the website after that, and the new terms apply.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of India — unless the law where you live gives you the right to something different, in which case that right stands.
